Drinking caffeine and ramping up your adrenal system is a surefire way to invite sweating into your day. To stop profuse sweating, try cutting back on the amount of coffee or sodas you drink, or spread them out over several hours rather than bunched up in the morning.
Your clothes can impact your body and sweating more than you think. Walking around wearing a lot of thick or un-breathable material only ensures that heat will be trapped next to your body. The warmer you become the more likely you are to start sweating, and stay sweating.
